A pleasant stay with good scenic view and easy access to convenience stores

Accessible to train station and a few convenience shops. Very good scenery facing Osaka Castle. Spacious room with individual beds for 4 pax. Staff are very helpful and nice.

The air conditioning is not working very well. It was rather hot. The furnishings are rather old though the room is generally quite clean.

The decorations in the room are old. I' ve to take the new parking's ticket every time when get in and had to go to the counter to clear the charging. The castle view was not as I expected.

Good welcome drinks and morning coffee(room service/free). Kind staffs. Not noisy location.

Superb! Must stay!

The location was great. Four stops from Osaka station. 12 minute walk to Osaka Castle. My son is a history buff and his main purpose was to see Osaka Castle. We had a perfect view from our room. The room was spacious and clean and felt luxurious. We didnt realize that YTV(which airs my sons favorite show) was across the street from the hotel. We got to see the bronze statute infront of the building and enjoy a themed lunch at the cafe inside. He was in 7th heaven. Room service breakfast was timed perfectly and was delicious. We enjoyed a western style breakfast while looking at the castle from our room. It was a perfect end to our vacation! We will definitely be back.

There wasnt anything we didnt like. If I could add my opinion Id like to see a few updates. My son and I thought it would be even better if the TV was a smart TV and we could log into our streaming accounts on the TV. As a woman traveling alone with a child I would have liked if the elevator only moved with a room key. Anyone can access the elevator and any of the floors. The hotel has shops and restaurants on the first floor so there are a lot of people there who arent actually staying at the hotel. I think room card key activated elevators would be great for client safety. Finally, I would have liked to see an espresso menu on the room service breakfast menu. I would have LOVED to be able to enjoy an oatmilk latte with my breakfast rather than just the drip coffee provided in the room. But these are all my personal opinion and did not take away from the quality of our stay at all.

Great Stay

Very friendly staff. We arrived early and they took our baggage until we could check in. Easy check in process and close to 2 subway stations. Room was nice and clean. We had a great view of Osaka castle.
