It was very clean and good location. Staff were nice/

Door handle was broken. There was a cockroach in room. Did not refill toilet paper. Wife did not work in room or lobby.

Disappointing as they charged the same as other hotels who provided a lot more for the same money.

Staff was very curious and helpful

TV and phone in room didnt work. No coffee and milk in room. Was told to buy milk from the restraint next door. No coffee at breakfast, breakfast was only vegetarian and no continental breakfast as advertised. No fruit juice at breakfast.

Very pleasant stay here. The room and bathroom were very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice room, spotless, light filled, contemporary and large, with a good contemporary ensuite bathroom. Luckily, the room, which exceeded my expectations considerably, had a nice view overlooking the neighbourhood sports ground , unlike many of the other rooms which face nearby new buildings.

It would be good to have some sort of duvet or other bed cover. Only sheets were provided.

Location was not good and zero value of money . You can find many better options in this range plus I felt smell in the hotel and I personally didnt like the place for 59 dollars USD.
