Nothing much

Cockroaches everywhere. The staff are like zombies. They don't clean the room. The pillows and bedsheets stick. Very uncomfortable mattress and pillows. It's very rundown and not like the pictures

Nice but problems with hot water

The room is modern and with AC

We arrived around 21 soaked wet by rain and we didnt have hot water in the shower. After asking at reception, they said they had the boiler off for the whole building. We had to wait another 30 for hot water and it didnt even last the whole shower. Hot water should be always available to customers.

No lift, breakfast, hot water in bathroom or easy parking (nightmare)

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful especially in getting the car out and inside. If you don't have a car then this place might be very good Not recommended for elderly as LIFT is out of order for more than a year (read the reviews) Not recommended for those who need hot water in the bathroom. No complimentary breakfast though other hotels give a good one for the same price. Swiggy is allowed.

Geting into the hotel took half an hour from the entrance as there was another car trying to get out of the compound. There was heavy traffic outside on the main road and we had to go in circles till the other car ame out the long narrow entrance. Virtually no parking space and if at all you needed to use your car three others had to be taken out and they would wake up all three people to give their car keys to the receptionist who would move them one by one outside the hotel. We got the third floor and the lift was not working and it hasn't been working for the past one year or more as you can read from the reviews. No hot water or buckets in the room and the towels though clean were too old. No Complimentary breakfast. Haven't experienced this in years

the location was spot on for walking around and discover the city

the staff did not help with an issue with our driver no breakfast available despite other comments saying so no chilling area and all lights switch off upon arrival receptionnist homophobic

Passable

NO restaurant or breakfast if you are looking for. Online sites say you can get it but not true.

The location is good, staff is also friendly.

Dark colour towels, non-availability of breakfast despite the fact they say you can have it at additional cost, the kettle that needs an adapter to be plugged (adapter not provided), stain on the blanket and while checking out, they make you wait to check the room although there is no mini bar with snacks if they want to see if you used any.
