Superb

Very spacious and cosy room with amazing bathtub - very relaxing after long day at the ski slopes. Great location - super close to the Pardatschgratbahn lift (3-5min on foot). Very convenient storage room for skiis.

Enjoy the advantages of a boutique hotel

Everything what you can expect from such a breakfast only boutique hotel New rooms, very clean, great beds, limited noise (to sleep with windows open) Great breakfast with enough choice, but not really special and no personal desires (e.g. omelets) Friendliness as you can only get from a boutique hotel, very personal We had early check in and shower possibility after check out Enjoy a sauna and steam bath after an intensive day

The hotel is 200m walking distance from civilization (but if you know Ischgl many may think of it as an advantage) Opening hours of the wellness are limited, with a Saturday closing day

Definitely overrated, I would give a hotel a good 3 stars, would not go there again.

Renovated room and major part of the hotel, nice bit small ski room, it was clean, massage chair in the sauna was also good. Location is also good.

In the room there was no Tea maker, no coffee Machine. For 4 star hotel, breakfast was quite poor(poor selection of warm meals - only eggs and sausages, eggs were undercooked every day, not enough vegetables). We had a request for gluten free options(at least bread, some cheese and ham), it was not provided and not even taken care of, a friend of mine had to organize it on his own. Spa area was ok, but it is closed on Saturdays, only open from 17 till 20 oclock. whirlpool which is shown on the pictures of the hotel was not working, and even after asking to switch it on, we were told that its down since they do not want to clean and disinfect it all the time, so it was very disappointing. Later check out only for additional charge.

Good experience!

Very friendly staff, great service, clean facilities, and great location (just a couple of minutes walk to A2 skilift).

The main pillow was a bit too big and soft. There was a second pillow, but it was too small, so I couldn't find the right balance for myself. Admittedly, I haven't asked the staff for an extra pillow or said anything about it.

Nice skiing holiday

The room was big, it was warm, clean, the ski room is well equipped and easy to reach.The bed was comfortable. In the hotel there is a self-pay dispenser of water and snacks. Parking is free, in front of the hotel. The hotel is close to the cable car, gas station and supermarket, very close to the Therme. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. There is also a nice cat.

The headlights of the cars in the neighboring parking lot are disturbing for the people living in the rooms on level -1. There is no small fridge in the room.

Location was very close most of the ski lifts and restaurants/bars. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. After our checkout they allowed us to leave our car parked and to change in the ski locker room after our last session. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was of high quality.
