Mediocre and definitely not 4stars

The views are nice, there is parking and the staff are nice as well (doing their best to keep guests happy), but that is it.

I dont understand how this hotel has positive reviews. and also 4-stars more like 2 stars Terrible state of the hotel (not like in the pictures at all) needing lots of refurbishment and work: plumbing is a problem: the shower and the sink both drain poorly. The shower cabin is small, doors not closing properly, and moldy. Air conditioner works somewhat, but also requires maintenance as it is very loud and keeps making loud banging noises when working. Wi-fi is dodgy, working intermittently Breakfast is terrible, which is a bit of a surprise for Italy soggy eggs, some bread and cheese with ham, stale pastries and OMG what a terrible coffee. Vacation totally ruined!

Well kept, friendly hotel in a decent location. Wi-Fi and food could be better

Lovely staff, very clean and well kept, the Bus stop is directly outside the hotel that is very handy when getting down to the port as the walk is very hilly

The breakfast was a bit limited. If you like heavy Carbs like croissants, pastries and cakes your be in heaven! If you like more variety then your be disappointed. The Wi-Fi in our room was non existent and parts of the hotel didnt get any Wi-Fi at all

Lovely situation but watch room deescription.

Lovely decor and ambience, very clean and inviting. excellent breakfast. Situated at top of hill halfway between Porto and Casamigglione so excellent sea views from terrace. lovely clean pool and large room with equally large bathroom.

"garden view" room looked out at back of hotel over rubbish bins and no balcony as advertised. Bar does not operate pm and no food available after breakfast. Restaurants are a 1 km walk downhill in either direction but a stiff walk back up , especially from Porto. There are buses that pass the hotel but you might have a wait.

Nice having the pool

The pool was lovely, and the view from the pool was gorgeous. The room was tired and outdated. We had ant infestations and had to ask for spray to treat them. It was noisy at night as you could hear people coming back to their rooms on the noisy tiles. Plus our room seemed to back on to where all the staff seemed to gather in the evenings and were rather noisy.

Not the best location for us. No access to the beach/sea from the hotel. We felt a little isolated. The rooms are tired and need an update

The staff was very friendly, especially the lady serving breakfast. The territory is clean and well groomed. The pool area is cool, with amazing views. The room is spacious and clean. All hygienic stuff is available, and refilled every day.

There were ants in our room. It was not possible to change the room as the hotel was full. After additional treatments ants have gone, but the experience was ruined. The hotel is located between two cities: you need either to go to Ischia Porto or Casamicciola for a walk or dinner (20 min walk both). Despite the bus stop is in front of the hotel, buses are late all the time and full.
