Rather Disappointing in spite of welcoming staff member

Location and staff Interesting features Breakfast quality

Room and building really interesting but we had suite and there was no where comfortable to sit A cushion on floor not good enough! A pity because had lovely view So sitting on bed no bed side light to read by and little space to put books etc Light systems complex and kept going on and off of own accord! So not a room to relax in

Historic and romantic in the centre of old Girona.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel was beautiful and historic.

The bathroom door did not close fully due to the skirting board stopping it.

My opinion is that it was overly priced and while everything was okay, for that price, I wouldve expected great

The location was good. It was an interesting property, the bedroom was well sized to accommodate a huge bed. The bathroom was equally large.

It could do with a sign telling you how to get into the actual hotel. I wasnt overly impressed with the breakfast for the price. There was absolutely nobody in attendance and there was no ambience- no background, music or TV.. sometimes its nice to have a little bit of atmosphere. Im not sure how long the bread had been left out, but there was no covering, and the piece that I picked up was feeling quite dry and required toasting.

Vinci hotels are reliable and always nice.

Great location and nice staff, nice bathroom. Always fresh water in lobby.

The rooms are too small. Hard to move around or to access closet. No comfortable chairs.

Hotel ok very central but car park never again

It was ok , nothing special but acceptable

The car park. Not too difficult to get in but very small tight parking spaces Coming out of the garage took 15 minutes , really tight and one had to turn right . Ok for a little car but not a big car or a long car . A very kind young man helped us negotiate our way out as it was REALLY TIGHT

location is great. staff friendly and helpful

Even though the interior design appears recently done, it is not well done and is already a bit frayed around the edges. Not everything works in a user-friendly way (lighting etc)
