helpfull, friendly. value for price good

extreme friendly and helpful. i booked the wrong day. They let me checkin and the receptioist clarified with his boss if i have to pay the day or not. Finally they did`nt charge anything. GREAT SERVICE!!!

The final price for laundry was over three times higher than what they told us at the reception the day before. They even promised a discount. Next day was a differen person and demanded a lot higher price than previously agreed. You can be scammed even in a hotel...

The personnel was always there when you needed someone. Breakfast is the highlight of the hotel. Altogether, the price is fair for what you get.

The room and the whole hotel are a bit old-fashioned and could need some renovation, especially in the bathrooms.

Nice

It's a morrocan style hotel and decor very typical of this style. They had as selection of continental and Morrocan breakfast which a range of pastries and cakes and hot beverages which was very filling! Would have liked to try all that was offered but too full!

A bit dated! Shower had low pressure but had hot water and bidet facilities with toiletries provided

Reception excellent and helpful. Breakfast staff fantastic. Porter great. Cleaning lady great.

Breakfast was excellent. Few mins walk from casa port train station. Is right next to one of the new tram stops on the soon to be opened tram extension to port and couple of mins walk to existing tram line.

Hotel Moroccan House is a classic hotel with an excellent breakfast. It is comfortable and easy walking distance to the medina, Hassan II mosque, and the shopping mall. It was exactly what we needed for a couple nights in Casablanca.
