Adequate in many ways and perfect for beach access - but did not excite.

Hotel Miramar is located perfectly for access to the beach and has it's own walkway down to the gorgeous seafront area. we had a balcony with a side view to the beach. The place was very clean and felt quite cosy. The staff we met were great and very helpful. There was a folder in our room with lots of information about the area, restaurants and other facilities. it's a shame we did not see this when we first arrived. Breakfast options were quite varied.

There is no dedicated hotel parking available apart from a few spaces along the front. On street parking is allowed however it was pot luck whether you could get a space close to the hotel. We arrived in the afternoon and the public car park by the beach was full and it required a couple of trips around the system to find a space. There is no restaurant here and just 3 options available on the seafront - one of which is very expensive. The other two were both closed on a Sunday evening. The breakfast area is a little cluttered, especially if there are a few people trying to access the food and tables inside were few and close together. We had been devoured by mosquitos and did not want to sit outside where there was far more space. Whilst there is little that is fundamentally wrong with the hotel we felt that the bedroom was very small for the price charged in the high season.

What a gem of a hotel! Totally serendipitous find, a cute, fully equipped and modern room with all the amenities, spotless. Complete breakfast, perfect location. Best of all, the staff/owners. Helpful, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, I could go on. I will stay nowhere else when returning to Antibes!

Lovely hotel in a beautiful place.

Lovely hotel in a really beautiful place. It was close to the beach, extremely clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing to not like. It is a little bit out of Antibes if you want amenities close by but we were very happy.

nice mini hotel in a beautiful location near the sea with a private parking for the car. Very polite and pleasant staff.

our room was very very small, the restroom is for super tiny people.. you can not stay in 2. No balcony, only the small window.

Nice breakfast. Delicately presented. Pleasant and helpful host. This is a family hotel that can certainly be recommended if you want to recharge your batteries. We will be happy to return on a later occasion.

We have nothing to complain about either the hosting or the facilities.
