It was not only deeply disappointing but also distressing, marred by misleading parking information, unacceptably dirty

Nothing everything was a disaster!!!

Upon arrival, we were misled about the parking situation. Despite promises of free parking, there was none available, not even on the street. The room we were given was incredibly small, but what was truly unacceptable was the state of cleanliness. The bed linens were not just dirty but visibly stained and had an unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, we found what appeared to be dried nasal discharge on them. The bathroom linens were so damp they felt wet, which was frankly revolting. When we brought these issues to the staffs attention, their response was apathetic at best. They replaced the bathroom linens with ones that were old and threadbare. It seemed like there was no regard for guest comfort or basic hygiene. As for the bed linens, we were told that they would only be changed if our stay was longer than one night. Being expected to survive a night with dirty linens is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for guests. Ive posted photos to give an idea of what we experienced, but the reality was even more shocking. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Their disregard for basic hospitality and cleanliness standards is appalling.

A great and atmospheric place to rest. 10/10

We liked everything! On the arrival we were greeted by Lucilla - we received a warm and professional welcome. The room was impeccable and also very cosy too. It was quiet by night. The terrace offers an astonishing view towards the city of Granada and it is a great place for a light breakfast (good coffee, cool background music). The interior of the hotel is pretty amazing because of the amount and choice of works of art. Location: The hotel is within a walking distance to the city centre for someone who is fit. Otherwise there are buses to get there and back.
