Amazing place and I will definitely visit again

The location is just perfect... in the middle of everywhere. The staff were friendly. The room was very clean The cleaning staff were very dedicated and professional

I was unable to open the window for fresh air yet it was not a big problem

Central cozy pleasant hotel

Great central location (restaurants, cafes, shops near by, as well as metro/train stations), hospitable friendly staff, clean bright quiet room, sensible interior design

Things were great except for (1) Fridge inside the closet which had heat build up, and (2) somewhat compact bathroom/sink area (for me, it was ok, but for big sized adult people, it could be a bit tight?)

We like the hotel and would definately stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location by the Opera House and Palace. It is easy to get from here by metro to the airport or museums. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are nicely decorated and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.

The only complaint, was that the room was a little small for 2 people. We have stayed here before and our rooms have always been larger. I realize that all the rooms are different, but it was a little tight.

Great location and nice hotel to stay in the hub of Madrid!

Comfortable and quiet. It's right next to Teatro Real and the Opera Plaza, so if you are going to a show, you can't get any closer than this! It's also located close to the nearest metro and Malasaa neighborhood. Also, the wallpaper! SO beautiful!

Felt like some of the fixtures and hardware need a little updating.
