Available when Marseilles was booked out. Also, the Hotel clerk was super helpful getting us transportation to our cruise ship. thank you!!!

Very convenient, clean and friendly.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean and had a beautiful view over the canal. In terms of location it was ideal we were walking distract from the train and bus stations, the Jewish quarter and not far from other key parts of the city.

Beautiful stay in beautiful Venice.

The hotel was located right on a canal with a fabulous restaurant right outside the door. It was clean and comfortable and the location was close to the train station, sights and shops. You can get a 24 hour ticket for the ferry. We went to both Murano and Burano. Just beautiful. Elmi was lovely and very helpful. We had a lovely stay and wish we could have stayed a lot longer.

To enter the hotel there were a lot of stairs. It was difficult to carry luggage up. However, dont let that deter you as there is a chair lift for those who may need it.

the location is the best of all hotels i think.

The toom is clean and comfort of course,and new,but there is no normal reception,sofa,table.and the area that the guests can seat beside the room.

That are several things that have nor in the room,toothpaste,brush,sleeper,tefal,and etc.. and the main that minus for me is that the hotel has no reception and kitchen different area.

I loved that the property had a great location. It was near the train, bus and water stations and most things were walking distances. The staff members were incredibly accommodating, so friendly and very helpful.
