Very good

It was a good stay except for Saturday evening.

There was not a breakfast included.

Saturday evening the lady at the desk was unable to put the fireplace on. We love sitting in the parlor by the fireplace. Also she was not very friendly and was on her cellphone constantly. So much so that she did not acknowledge us when we came and left for the evening.

It was okay for a list minute room, but would select a more modern place in future.

Nice quaint historic hotel was very clean, with comfy beds. Convenient location across the street from beach and restaurant/coffee shop at location. Walkable to most places. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Being an older building, with unfortunately thin walls and no elevator up four flights. Not for the elderly. Not for digitally reliant as wifi was sketchy. Being it was off season, the 10:00 am checkout could have been relaxed to 12 noon.

Very cool old hotel right by the ocean and in a good location for walking to shops and restaurants.

It was a very humid evening and we were in a back room away from the ocean. So even though we opened the windows we got little to no breeze and the humidity made the room stuffy. Also for $179 for one night I would like to have the remote to control the temperature in the rooms wall AC unit. Supposedly it was preset but when I hit the one and only button on the unit it did literally nothing and a working ac unit with remote would of been nice. Other than that nice place and friendly staff.

Trip was lovely and owners were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Owners were lovely and helpful. Stairs were a bit hard on wife, but we were warned. Beautiful house, well maintained, vintage, and welcoming.

Mattress was a bit hard. Room didn't really have any dresser space. That was fine for us, since we had a short stay, but would have been an issue if we stayed longer.
