Very uncomfortable accommodation in a great location.

The location in Interlaken West and proximity to train station. View from the bedroom was pretty. Staff were nice.

Extremely uncomfortable bed and the worst pillow I've ever attempted to sleep on. I had to sleep without a pillow in the end. We stayed six nights and they never changed our bed linen, that is disappointing. The bathroom was dimly lit and in bad need of renovation. Very basic hand soap and shower gel, everything was done on a budget. The bathroom towels are rock hard and tiny, awful. Breakfast was bad quality and very meager offerings and food wasn't well replenished. This is not a hotel, it is more like a budget bed and breakfast.

Made our travel in Swiss very memorable

Location was convenient, 24/7 public area for food consumption with extremely friendly staff, Lenka! She made our stay extremely memorable. Offers travel advice, made us scramble eggs and just so friendly. Would love to go back again!

Very good

Though the check-in time was 3PM, our room was ready by 10AM and the receptionist was quite friendly welcoming us. The room itself was quite spacious. The distance of the hotel from Interlaken West train station was 5min walk. But the central train station is Interlaken Ost. Breakfast and its variety exceeded our expectations. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel for those who plans to stay in Interlaken both for short and long stays.

The only thing that needs some renovation is bathroom since it was tiny and old-fashioned. The rest was Ok

The breakfast is good, the neighborhood is quiet, the view from the window is fantastic, there's free coffee in the common areas, and you can grab a quick bite to eat.

The hotel was in a good location and the room was large but the bathroom was too small

The room was fairly large. It was within walking distance to the train station and the shops. The staff were very helpful and we were given lots of information about activities in the region.

The bathroom was tiny and the shower was about 60 x 60cm square. Unlike other Swiss hotels we stayed at, there were no European power points so we had to purchase a Euro to Swiss travel adaptor. Also there was a powerpoint in the bathroom but it was behind the mirror which made it quite difficult to use and the connection was quite loose. The walls were quite thin and so we coud hear our neighbours quite clearly in the adjoining rooms. There was no hot breakfast.

Good location

Near to train stations, restaurants and supermarket.

The bed sheets showed staining, not sure why it was. The shower water pressure for the hot water, was very low and it was hard to take a hot shower. Other than that it has nice facilities even in the winter, staff was very friendly, the closeness to the train station makes everything so easy.
