A good place to stay

Excellent location, sea view, friendly staff, good breakfast.

One switch was not OK - it took several attempts to switch on the light in the kitchen, and a sound of sparks in the circuit was heard. It was promised that the electrician will visit us to repair the switch but he did not come.

Disappointing

Basic hotel in a good location if you dont mind walking up stairs

Location is great.,the pool area is rather protected by the wind. The pool area is small but ok.

Very basic. Poorly cleaned. Water boiler making loud noises every night, no one fixes the things you ask about. The solution was to unplug the hot water system over night or live with a loud noise day and night. Barely no kitchen equipment or utensils. Old pillows where the filling inside is in big lumps and in parts no filling.

Food was outstanding, staff could not do enough for you, prices were very Reasonable Anything we asked for we got bar the double bed, Only criticism it's was a long walk to anything but think we are Spoilt as we live in tenerife

Hard bed and noisy toilet

The location is good, near to the beach and a nice sea promenade. There is also a supermarked and a good restaurant very near. The lobby is cosy.

The bed was too hard. I heard another guest complaining about this, and she got an extra matress. There was something wrong with the door locker, and a man had to come and repair it. The first nights I slept with an unlocked door. The safe in the room did not function as it should. I had problems when I try to lock it. The toilet made a lot of noise all the time, so I had to shut the door to the bathroom. Nothing was done to fix it. The first day I stayed there, there was no internet in the hotel. The lightning in the room was not ok. Lamps were not in function.

Superb

Very enjoyable stay

Staff was very accomodating, smiling and helpful Charming hotel, looks bit dated but very nice refurbished rooms, nice breakfastbuffet, swimming pool, bar, supermarket downstairs. We've really enjoyed our stay here!

It is close to the beach, but bit of a walk to restaurants and bars. You can walk along the seaside promenade though, so it is actually enjoyable.

A great location right by the sea, with a great view and friendly staff.

Location is excellent. Just off the beach front with a sea view.

I have stayed here 3 times before. However, this was not picked up. I wanted a room on floor 3 or above, but was given level 2. Previously I was given a better room with a better view of the sea. However, when I requested a higher level, they switched me to level 3. So good on them. Although the cleaners come in every day (which I did not need), they only have time to do a quick clean. I would suggest that they do a "good clean" less often. It would take longer, but "in-ground" stains would be removed and this would improve the overall cleanliness dramatically. Also, my room was directly above the area used for music on a Friday and Saturday. The music was not to my taste, but at least the guy on Friday could sing. Unfortunately, the lady on Saturday had no control of her voice and it was terrible. She even ended up singing with no audience at all. They need to review their entertainment programme.

Great location

Close to the beach, good location, of course depends what people looking for, but for us was perfect. Quiet location. Bar/restaurants staff are great! The shop and Italian restaurant at the grounds of the hotel so this was very handy. Parking is available on the street but sometimes it takes a time to find a space.

Not very clean, needs dusting and floor cleaning, cleaning every day but instead of making a bed I would prefer they will mop the floor. No kettle, only coffee maker. No information on the venues at the hotel, which will be handy.
