Lovely cozy place, where you can walk in all directions.

Location was excellent, staff were friendly

Obvious plumbing issue with the toilets, sewage kept coming back up. Had work going on in the corridor until about 10pm one night.

Lack of parking and the staff that could not care less, spending time on their phones all the time. Noises coming from other rooms. Rooms do not look as advertised.

Location was great and price was fair considering the location.

Staff that was checking us in was smoking outside and had to ask them to actually let us get through as I rolled the luggage and 2 kids. Had to wait for him to finish smoking before i was somehow greeeted. But what was more disappointing was that there was noone at 7am when we were leaving. Hotel was abandoned and no staff around. Room wasn't the cleanest. Bathroom tap filthy, glass dirty, not polished. No shower curtain so I spent 5 mins moping the floor after shower!!! Soap dispenser useless and soap water diluted. Toilet flush broke, handle of the bathroom fell out at 1 point....and we only stayed at the hotel few hours as we mostly only just slept there. I wouldn't book again. Room deco was also average. Not sure if the pillow cases were actually even clean. Also vent in the bathroom covered in dust. Even my kids weren't impressed. I am glad I only booked it for 1 night that week and only used it for minimum amount of time. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the reception area and location.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for out stay in Prague. Location couldnt have been better and the staff, particularly Peter, were so professional and so friendly. Peter exceeded the role of a receptionist by helping us plan our day and was always so warm!

A dirty 2 stars hotel .SCAM HOTEL

The location

The hotel was not a 4 star hotel. It was barely a 2 stars. It was very dirty . Dirty bedsheets. Dirty towels. And they refused to change them even after we asked them many times .
