Would return definitely if I knew the food was improved.

Location and very friendly staff

Food was a big let down especially the breakfasts. A 4 star hotel should provide proper bacon not processed.Overall food was warm not hot.This was the main complaint of other guests that we spoke to.

All the staff were brilliant. Eva and Silvie , in reception, were fantastic. The restaurant staff were great, and the manager ran the system to perfection.

Thirsty but pleasant.

Buffet good,service good. Location was good for me. Had dinner on one evening ,water was not included in this you had to pay for water.

As I was on my own I left the do not disturb sign on my door as my room did not need a service. On meeting housekeeping in the hallway on returning from my afternoon walk I asked for some water,I was given one bottle or carton and when I asked if I could have another one I was told no only one.Hotel policy ? I was there for two nights which included dinner on both nights I eat out on one night. Did I ask for a refund ? no. In a hot climate water is a necessary item especially for people of a certain age category and where they come from. For a hotel to appear mean in their water provision policy will not do them any favours long term.

Nice, but maybe not worth the money

Close to the beach. Good amenities. Rooms are basic but not great. Breakfast is okay.

It doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel. Rooms are basic. TV doesn't have the ability to stream/mirror your device.

Excellent hotel, breakfast, staff location

The hotel was well situated for the marina and old town. Right on beach front and the pool and roof bar were excellent!

No negative points to raise, fantastic stay.

Beyond our expectations

The location, it is clean and staff are friendly. It is professional run. The best hotel we have stayed so far In Andalucia. Breakfast was good- lots of varieties to choose from.

Room facilities not what I expected for a 4 star hotel. On arrival two tea bags on arrival as nd when after two days asked for tea bags told we must supply ourself or pay 2 euros per tea bag to replace!

We would have preferred have a premium room but there wasnt one available - but our standard room was very pleasant and

Its location, the restaurant and the entertainment

The only thing we didnt like was that for the first few days our room wasnt cleaned until about 3.30 pm. We had been out all day ya fue that was the time that we returned.
