Amazing host. Perfect location .Value for money place..
The hotel management were too good especially danish bhai who guided me the whole trip from day1 and managed each and everything . He is that kind of guy whom you can rely on . You would feel it like a home because of faizan bhai . He was a superhost and real fun guy . I still miss the centre lobby chit chats and experiences and new year party eve night
Rooms are bogger so need bigger heaters . Ceiling and walls have smalls small damps which need repainting or repair. Breakfast menu could be varied much more. Daily cleaning should be done of room

Amazing stay
Cleanliness and hospitality. Staff along with Mr Danish was so good and took care of me very well. I had visitors came from outside and they didnt let them feel they werent staying in the hotel.. absolutely perfect hospitality.

It was okay. Enjoyed the stay with Dal lake view
Location was good and beautiful. Staff were good and friendly. We had a change in flight schedule unexpectedly and needed to extend our stay for another 1 day. The staff were kind enough to arrange the rooms with a 30% discounted rate.
The facilities provided were not satisfactory. The tea cups, and breakfast provided were not clean. We booked 4 rooms for 3 families including breakfast for 6 consecutive days. The menu for breakfast was very poor. We got complementary water for 1st day only and they charged for water for all other days. For all the 6 days of our stay they gave the same bedsheets and towel. Room service was limited to folding same bedsheets and cleaning the room.

A very good experience with this hotel it's inside the Dal Lake pick-up n drops r Free by shikara bot from ghat no.12 no need to stay in house bote u will feel the same ones you stay in this hotel little disappointed with breakfast that's all I will recommend Lake side hotel value for money. 8 out off 10

Good room. Good ambience. But not good food service.
the location. in Dal lake. Just like a houseboat without being on boat.
the food and staff. they dont have their own kitchen. no organised food facility inspite of being outsourced from other restaurants.
