We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect - close to the town and ski lift. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient. Breakfast and dinner had a great variety of options and the service was excellent. I would also like to thank Sarah at front desk who went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I have an exceptional experience

Good hotel in a good location

We came at the time of year when a lot of hotels were closing prior to the ski-ing season, and this was our 3rd choice. It is very well located, with friendly staff. Our room was large and comfortable, with a balcony right under the ski lift. It was only a short walk into Kitzbuhel. Breakfast was good. Parking was fine, if a little tight.

The evening menu was rather uninspiring. On our first dinner, the chef went home early, meaning that we could not have dessert.

It made the start of our vacation unforgettable.

As someone who travels more than 50% of the year for work, this is my favorite hotel by far. The rooms and setting were outstanding and the breakfast was wonderful.

I would highly recommend..

We have stayed at the hotel already and we came back because of the location of the hotel and a good service. We had beautiful room with the biggest television we had in hotel room so far. It's a shame we didn't have time to watch TV. I really like the attention to detail, which you can see everywhere in the room..

It was excellent. We'd happily stay here again and would 100% recommend to friends.

Just about everything. The rooms were large and well appointed. Bathrooms were polished and luxurious. The breakfast was very well prepared and the coffee was perfect.

The dinner restaurant was not great (which is surprising because the breakfast was awesome). We decided to try the dinner restaurant based on the breakfast experience but we were let down. Better to try something in town. :(

Great hotel with spa facilities in the heart of Kitzbhel

Its right in the heart of Kitzbhel so you could walk everywhere. Great breakfast buffet with very friendly staff. The spa area was also really nice.

Try to get a room on the back side of the hotel. We were facing the street and it was loud in the mornings. There is also a construction site towards the front.

Exceptional hospitality from checkin to checkout. We saw nothing but smiling staff at the reception desk and the restaurant. Although a smile costs nothing it's become a rarity these days. Thank you Kaiserhof team for making our holiday memorable. We look forward to coming back and staying with you again. Our little suggestion would be to add a fan in the room with the summers becoming unbearable.

Everything was outstanding from the cousy and professional reception and restaurant employees to each and every detail of the location. Perfect situated, very near to the lift facility, the perfect location for a ski holiday or for a summer break
