It almost seem like a luxury hotel if it wasn't for the floor, which was also nice.

the distance to the city centre justifies the price, I guess. But it was very handy to do a check-in when arriving from the airport at 23:00 (it has a 24-hour reception)... most of the less expensive places in city centre don't have that. the reason to choose it was that and it ended up to be a great surprise. very fine hotel with a price of most hostels in the centre.

The hotel, the room, the wifi, the parking, the breakfast. Pretty much everything...

The location is a bit far from the middle of Madrid but obviouslly it is not the fault of the hotel :)

The hotel had a convenient location for my trip. Bed and bathroom were OK. The price is too high.

The receptionist was very friendly: the night porter when I arrived and the day porter during my stay. This man could hardly speak English but he managed as he was very friendly. The bed was good and the bathroom was very clean.

The breakfast 'restaurant'was more a cafe for truck drivers than a decent place to consume my breakfast. The menu was simple: tea or coffee, scrambled eggs or a sandwich. It didn't cost much and I didn't get much. I'd rather pay 10 Euro's more to get a decent breakfast. My room was clean, and the bathroom was OK. I lived with four mosquitos in my room, so I guess that the room hadn't been used for a long time. As I couldn't catch them this was quite inconvenient. The daily rate of 230 Euro was clearly too high for this room.

Great value for money and functionality, particularly for a work trip.

I had a 4 night stay because I was attending a work related meeting. From a functional perspective its a reasonable hotel. Great value for money.The hotel is nice and clean- Staff are helpful. The rooms all have an amentities kit.On weekends they do a free continental breaksfast with a good selection of items. On weekdays, the cafeteria downstairs can be used- I particularly loved their croissants which are some of the best I ve ever had. All in all, I think it served my purpose well- i.e a functional hotel for a work trip.

The hotels location is not close to public transport links, even though madrid has a wonderful transport network. It is a bit far from city centre and removed from the splendour of the city.
