Loved and cant wait to come back!

Beautiful lobby, restaurant bar. Staff was wonderful! So kind and welcoming. From the valet to the front desk to the cleaning/maintenance everyone was kind. The bartenders were nice music fantastic!

1st time here & would come back

I really liked how close it was to Downtown & within walking distance. Valet arriving & leaving were both very friendly gentlemen & so helpful. They both took their time to ask about our stay here & answer any questions we had. Our room was cleaned & made-up fast & they were so great. The room itself was clean.

I think the front desk staff should be friendlier! There was 2 staff when we arrived & they didn't ask if he had been here before or anything. I didn't find them friendly or inviting. When we were leaving the gentleman on the front desk barley said 3 words to us. Didn't ask how our stay was or anything! I don't even think he looked up to see us. I have been in the service industry for 30+ years & eye contact goes along way & makes people feel special. The shower stall floor could be cleaned better.
