Very poor

If we decide to return to Zakapone, this hotel certainly would not be on our consideration list.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Zakapone, and therefore the major attractions are within walking distance. Also there are two supermarkets in the vicinity. From our room we could enjoy a panoramic view of Tatra mountains. The room was clean, but not spacious enough for a family of 3.

Beds are super Uncomfortable , especially the sofa bed. Once we've got there we've learned that chambermaids do not make the beds or replace any used coffee cups. It is in the guests` responsibility to tidy up their beds and clean the used coffee cups. Their duty is only to clean dust bins, clean the bathroom and replace towel. They only enter the room to do the latter only if the sign to clean the room is left with the door. When we complained about this kind of service, the receptionist told us that these are the hotel' s rules and brought up the absurd reason that this is only a 2 star hotel ! Making the beds is one of the basic services offered to guests when residing in a hotel. Had we wanted a self service accomodateoin, we would have opted for an apartment! The hotel does not have any lifts. Upon our arrival, we found out that our room was located on the 3rd floor so we had to go up more than 160 steps with 5 luggages . As for the breakfast, it was outstanding, a cold buffet and items were always the same.

Great location and view - horrible everything else.

Location was great, 10 minutes from str. Krupwki. Behind the hotel there is a park, where the kids can enjoy sledding. View from the hotel was beautiful.

Staff was not friendly at all. Room was really dated, walls were paper thin and paint was coming off. During the night we heard everything that happened on our floor, including toilets (Not flushing...BEING USED.....DISGUISTING) I am happy we spent only 1 night. Never coming back again.

Lovely hotel located in the park with stunning view of Tatra mountains. It takes about 10 minutes walk to get to city center (Krupowki street).

Bathroom needs renovation. Very poor wifi signal.

It was enjoyable but could have been better if the bathroom and room was more clean.

Really liked that they had a communal area to relax in which was away from the room and that there was a kitchen for guests to use. However, a fridge in the room would have been better as our milk was used by other guests, but the staff was kind enough to replace it.

The bathroom felt very dirty, old and there were areas that looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly for years.
