Location to Christmas Markets!

Great location to the Christmas markets. We are travelling for a long time, so we have heavy bags. Its great there was an elevator

Decent value, centrally located.Hotel

Location was great. Decent size room, nice breakfast. Overall good value

The only negative was that the mattress and pillows were too soft, but it wasn't a major issue.

Central location

Hotel was under reconstruction with limited access for chek-in. No relevant information during booking have been presented. Hotel windows are located to the noisy street with big caffes, working till midnight. Additionally, street construction work has been performed. No soundproof in the room. Receptionist rejected our request to change the room and was not available at the desk most of the time. Negative comments were received from staff in canteen, when we came for the breakfast at 9:50, while breakfast is serviced till 10:00.

Comfortable , clean and very helpful staff.

The location is central and an easy walk to most of the main attractions of the city. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were engaging and helpful which all ensured a great stay for both of us in what is a great city.
