Krakow is amazing and the hotel is in such a short distance of the main square! Theres no need for taxis and its surro

Very clean and spacious rooms.

Breakfast could have been better with gluten free options. A safe would be good in the room too, as I didnt like leaving valuables in the room for this reason.

Everything was wonderful, the staff couldn't do enough for us, home away from home. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Bit of noice early in morning, but I asked for a fan and that sorted that.

Staff rude , no wishing us a happy new year on New Years Day , night staff rude and on checkout staff member rolled her eyes at me . Rooms small Other Guests items was stolen

Clean room. Very good location. You can reach the city center in 5 minutes. Our room was on the 4th floor with the yard window. So it wasn't noisy. Good breakfast. You can leave your luggage after check out in the hotel for free.

Everything was super perfect. Breakfast was delicious and always different. Upon arrival i was with a child of 5yrs and they gave her a folde with colours and colouring papers. Highly recommend

If I stay in Krakow again, I will definetely book H12.

Excellent designed rooms. Extremely clean and the decoration was plain, lighting in the room was thrilling compared to other dark hotel rooms. Felt like at home. Much better than air B&B option. Excellent location.
