Location is right opposite AEON mall but pretty far from anything else. The hotel itself is quite old but alright for a one night stay. Basic TV and toilet which are manageable. Breakfast had a mix of local and western (toast and jam).

Accessibility, spacious room, simple and clean room.

Water ponding in shower room. Aircon takes a while to cool down. Renovation at the entrance to the floor should be boarded up, it was unsightly.

Bar for watching soccer and near AEON

Bed was springy and small even though we upgraded to executive queen. It looked like a double bed. Shower room looked clean but there was a bad pee stench. The whole room was lingering with the stench, felt like the air quality was bad and nausea due to this.

Location - in front of mall. Easy access to restaurant.

1. Price. It's consider expensive with what they provide. Not worth of money. Pay RM350 (per room), for 4 rooms, really not worth the money. 2. Cleanliness. Toilet condition is not that clean. I will rate toilet condition 5 out of 10 3. Unpleasant smell. From the lobby, until inside room, there is unpleasant smell. Looks like smell of old place, not often cleaning. 4. Staff. Check in process for 4 person at 9.20pm, super slow. We waited for almost 20 minutes to get our access card. 5. Food. Some of warung outside have better food than this hotel.
