Recommended.

The breakfast was very nice comparing to other hotels Ive visited in Italy. Very nice staff and we would like to mention Letizia, she was very nice and kind! Reception staff also very nice and cause we had a late flight we could put our luggage in the luggage room. The room was quite nice and can recommend. The station for the bus that goes to the airport is just across the central road(outside from Prada) so its really close to the hotel!

Room had no view, and the furniture in the living room next to reception were very old.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel!

Near to the city center

No wi-fi available, no heating system (the staff told me about a fault and the last day gave me a couple of old fashion electric heaters very dangerous with a child of 5years old ), the room was unclean with dust and stains all around. My wife got sick, I asked the Concierge if we could stay some more hours (we had a late flight) and he answered me: you could stay but Ill charge you for another day what could I say? The room was totally different from the pictures shown on Booking

THIS IS NOT 4 STAR HOTEL!!! Horrible hotel experience, they pretended for 4 star hotel , the place looks more like a hostel or student dormitory- mold and dust everywhere, dark and smelly room,all night loud sounds from the heating. After my first night I decided to leave immediately, because they do not correspond to what is stated in the ad, and the next morning at nine o'clock at reception I was charged for two nights even though I didn't stay more than one. The receptionist told me that there is nothing they can do, that's their policy,I can't have my money back and they pressured me to pay because I wanted to leave as soon as possible, they offered me another room, but before that I read the reviews about the hotel and decided not to accept. The scandalous thing was after the arguments at the reception, while I was packing my suitcase, dissatisfied, the phone rang in the room to offer me breakfast, I told them that I don't want anything from this hotel

Superb

Great location and lovely staff. Car parking on site, (a little expensive but parking in Palermo no fun). Big room and bathroom. Comfortable beds.

Breakfast could have been a little better and would have been nice if it had been with a view.

Didnt feel like a 4* hotel

Very good location in Palermo, very close to the marina and not a far walk to get to the Theatro Massimo. The rooms are very spacious with renovated bathrooms.

Reception area didnt feel like it was the safest, you could walk straight into the lobby and head immediately upstairs to the rooms. Although rooms are large theyre not able to be very bright due to heavy building works meaning you have to keep your curtains or shutters closed to avoid being looked in on. Building work started from 6am and was super noisy. Beds are very hard, not the relaxing stay I had hoped for and air conditioning units are so loud you cant sleep with them on.
