Great central hotel in a lovely square

The property is nice and central with lovely breakfast and helpful staff

Its very apparent you are staying above a busy restaurant which didnt bother me for my short stay but if your wanted to lie in it may pose an issue

Great small hotel at a reasonable price

cool small hotel perfectly located in the old town right by the train station funicular, newly and tastefully renovated, quirky art, comfortable, clean, and quit rooms. All rooms seem to be different, but ours was great. Nice coffee shop and restaurant on the ground floor.

There is no one at the reception desk at night

Location, staff, food!

Long flight of stairs to the lobby / had to go thru the restaurant to get elevator. But it was OK.

Excellent accommodation in the center of Lugano

Excellent location. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful staff. Comfortable room with all the amenities I required. I woke up each morning with aroma of fresh baking from the restaurant on the main floor.. heavenly
