A short stay that let me sleep and the staff are friendly.

Superb location relative to the train station.

Something smelled very bad. I think it was wafting up from elsewhere.

Excellent location for Girona station and old city; small hotel with great reception staff.

Hotel Europa is very comfortable and super-convenient small hotel. Its close to Girona train station and the old city - just across the river. The reception staff were so very helpful and friendly at all times. The room was basic but large, clean and comfortable, and the bathroom spacious. The cost was most reasonable.

The only issue that could do with attention is there appears to be a damp problem in the hotel stairwells.

Nice staff but smelly hotel.

The staff were kind and admitted us despite our very late arrival.

There was an unbearable foetid smell coming from the mattress and neither of us could sleep. The hotel was generally malodorous. We felt compelled to leave after that one awful night.

Superb

We liked the hotel. A good hotel for a short vacation. There is parking next to the hotel. It has excellent wi-fi, but no kettle or mini-fridge. Good value for money

The location and the staff were very good.

The property is listed as having a bar but apparently it has been closed because of COVID which in my mind hasn't been an issue for some time. Also toiletries are listed as been provided but all we saw was a soap dispenser which had very bad quality liquid soap.
