Strategic location to explore Venice area. Clean property. But room is not sound proof.

Good location

Noise level from neighboring properties are loud. Room is not very well insulated. And room next to elevator/stairs, noisy from elevator and people coming down stairs from rooftop

Looking forward to come back next time. Thx. for everything.

Location was just top, Venice Broadwalk and close to Abbot Kinney Bvd. Even St. Monica was just a 30 minutes walk away. Rooms are large-scale, staff is trying everything to come after your wishes. Food is fantastic.

Great location and excellent service!

Location and amenities were great. Great staff and service was excellent.

The only negative, rooms didnt feel very clean. I would stay here again hoping the rooms clean themselves up a bit.

The Erwin is legendary deserves to be. It's also in the heart of Venice - gritty and loud outside.

The Erwin is epic. The High Top bar on the roof is legendary. Love this place.

It is incredibly loud, particularly on the south side. Ask for a north side room.

I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. What a hidden gem! Thank you to all!

Location was amazing. Staff was over the top helpful and so friendly! Did everything to make us feel so welcome and comfortable in the area! Room was large and bright and inviting! Bikes to ride on the trail was a fantastic feature!

Kitchen area had no dishes or a microwave. Would have been a nice edition to heat up some amazing leftovers, considering the property is all about recycling and eco friendly behavior!
