Exceptional

The staff was very helpful. The location was excellent. The room was spacious and it has every day room cleaning with fresh towels (I staid 4 nights). The breakfast was served at the table (for me this is very important for healthy reasons).

The cleaning products they use for the room had a very strong essence for me. But it wasn't a problem, I opened the window for few minutes.

Good value hotel in a great location for exploring Como. Would rate hotel as 8.5

Very good value family run hotel. Good location, approximately 10-15 minute walk to main train station, 10 minute walk to the lake ferry piers and 5 minute walk to a Carrefour supermarket. Room was comfortable and clean. My room was very quiet, there was very little noise from outside or from other guests. Breakfast was fine for my purposes. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again. .

Only minor flaw was that the room safe was already locked.

Convenient stay with great breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing and staff was very friendly.

The rooms were small but as to be expected for a hotel in Italy.

A great stay

The hotel is family owned and operated. The owners are lovely people that really make an effort to make you feel welcome. In the morning you sit down for breakfast and you are served at your table which is really nice. I asked for a hot chocolate and it was very close to the nicest hot chocolate I've ever had, delicious.... You can easily walk to the hotel from the train station (approx 10-15 minutes) if you don't mind walking with your bag's and it's also only a brief stroll into the lake and restaurant area.. It's not an ultra modern hotel but it's been well maintained and I myself actually prefer less contemporary styling and decor.. I really enjoyed my stay - Actually I stayed an extra couple of day's I liked it so much....

Good city hotel in a convenient location

Traditional hotel in a good location ,5 minutes walk to the supermarket and restaurants ,10 minutes walk along waterfront to town centre,clean and well equipt rooms with a balcony. Continental breakfast was great and small friendly local bar next door.24 hour reception with friendly staff.
