We loved our stay, and would recommend it if you are in the area!

We loved the balcony with sea view. The view was absolutely beautiful over the pool and ocean. The swim up bar was great, and staff was very friendly. There was a wedding going on while we were there, which made us worried about noise, but the party promptly quieted down and we were very pleased.

The room was decent, but nothing special. The bathroom is old and very tiny. We didn't spend that much time in the room, but it didn't match the rest of the beautiful hotel. I believe they are still working on upgrades, so I assume it will be updated soon.

Safety, I think it would be safer having a Security Guard in Front of the Hotel. Its really dark in the night.

Too expensive for the services.

The location is amazing. The ocean view is excellent.

The wheelchair access to pool, restaurant and terraces from the rooms is unacceptable, in fact, is impossible to handle. We, as family, had to take turns to take my mom in a wheelchair and move her around..sometimes the 2 of us making the effort to lift her up to obsolete ramps. The only one that works pretty decent is the one from the parking lot. Breakfast doesn't have healthy options neither vegetarian ones. Juice is a joke. No options for multigrain or different milks other than cow's.
