Good location, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The location was excellent. Right in the middle of the old town.

I didn't like several things: 1- The water in the bathroom (hot and cold, sink and bathtub) smelled and tasted very weird, there was something chemically in it. More like roaches spray. Not like chlorine. If it was a chlorine smell I will not even mention it here, but this weird chemical smell/ taste is not acceptable, it does need to be fixed. 2- When you say there is a mini-bar in the room, then by all means put a workable one. The one that was in the room was more like a box, a storage box, not cold at all. And yes, I did tell the reception, none even cared. 3- Is it me, or do the people with booking.com genius level 3 are getting the worst rooms? This is not the first time I have seen this. 4- The bathtub faucets are terrible, it was so hard to even have the cold water one to work, I almost burned my skin from not being able to have the cold one work. 5- The parking: I did know that they don't have a parking lot, however, Parking Miradero where I parked my car did not have the elevator working on those 3 days I stayed there. I had to go up and down 142 steps (and yes I counted them, lol).

Nice clean apartment, excellent place

Very noisy. We could hear the front desk staff talking and coughing the whole night. Any time a new guest arrived from the bar we could perfectly hear them. Bad mattress.

Superb

The staff was great, on all shifts. They handled our early arrival and stored our cases, after checkout, they stored our luggage with no time limit. Spacious room, no luxuries, but all we needed. Hot drinking water available, this was a plus! Excellent location on the Zocodover Plaza, near all eateries, tour meeting places, and close to all major attractions.

Superb

Very, very central location, everything within walking distance in the Old Town. We parked the car in the Miradero parking, very close to the hotel.

A bit too much of noise during the night time from the streets.

Very good

Large room in small hotel on one of the main squares in Toledo, convenient for the sights, and for shops/restaurants/etc. Also not far from the top of the escalator. Clean, comfortable, good wifi. Good value for money.

No view from the window to speak of, just an internal shaft, though this meant there was no street noise, and was nice and quiet. Otherwise no complaints.

Favorite hotel in 5 weeks in Spain

1. The architecture, including visible bedrock, and an elevator, which is not standard for the price range. 2. Very helpful staff, who advised well about bus schedules. 3. Nicely furnished room and bathroom. 4. Great location, just off the main square but not too noisy.

No demerits!
