The location, close to the main highlight of the city - Dom. Super friendly staff and cleanliness

The lack of additional amenities such as a small fridge or a kettle in the room. It would really nice to have at least a kettle to have some tea before going to bed.

Central Clean Small

Close to the train station and center of the city for shops, sightseeing, cafes, and restaurants. Friendly staff- gave us a kettle and cups to make tea when asked. Small rooms but clean.

The room and bathroom are small compared to other places we stayed throughout Europe. No fridge or tea-making facilities in the room - when asked we were supplied with a kettle thank you.

A nice friendly place to stay in a good location at a reasonable cost.

Location for central Cologne was excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Room was clean and tidy and adequate size and comfortable.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Perfect stay in Cologne

The hotel is perfectly located, a 5 minutes walk from the cathedral and a couple of minutes away from the central station, so it was very easy to reach by train from and to the airport. The room was not too big but it was very clean and comfortable, we did not need any more space for a couple of nights. Denis was very attentive and friendly and gave us an early check in after an early flight , which was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend to stay here when in Cologne.
