What we liked??? Everything. The hotel is close to the station, close to the city, close to restaurants. The staff is so friendly they make you feel welcome and feel like home.

Short distance from the rail station. Slightly out of the city centre. Quiet. Accurate and timely information from the staff by message and in person. Most important, the staff members I spoke with were genuinely personable

Very pleasant stay, would come again.

Hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. We upgraded from a ground floor room to one upstairs. 2 floors up, there was no lift, but stairs were manageable. Would recommend this hotel. Close to stations and easy to find.

We received a free upgrade to the neighbouring 3-star Albergo San Martino. Great breakfast, lots of sweet options. Excellent location, easy to reach from the train station and within the historic city center of Lucca. A very good restaurant 'El Corso' is just around the corner.

The hosts were very accommodating and quick to provide assistance when needed.

The property was easily accessed from the train and to the rest of the community of Lucca. It was comfortable and the staff was all friendly, helpful and considerate. The breakfast was excellent!
