The hotel was nice but not as nice as it looked in photos. The room was nice, comfortable and the facility was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

I choose this property because it had a restaurant. I knew that we were arriving in the evening and did not want to go searching for a place to eat. So the restaurant/bar was very small. They had one employee to bartender and wait on tables. We were going to order dinner and people told us they had been waiting over an hour for their food. So we ended up buying sandwiches from a marketplace in the reception lobby. Thank goodness they had that available!

Very good

We were there almost a week, probably come back again if i'll be in miami.

Great hotel, nice and clean with good facilities. The staff were greatvand helped mevwith everything I needed.

The facilities didn't include a proper kitchen as advertised through booking's site, I wish they would chang it. It included only small fridge and coffee machine.

Cleanliness, price, location

We ate at the bar after a long days travel. The bartender couldnt have been nicer. But the food, we ordered 3 different times, took AN HOUR to come out of the kitchen. Thats unacceptable. It was good food once we got it, but we were famished and told 25 min. Also you were out of so many things. Jack Daniels, lemons and limes, veggies for the pizza.
