Very good

Lovely secluded hotel perfect for couples.

Lovely hotel, we took a water taxi to get to & from. The view from the room was exceptional, with views of the castle. Breakfast was nice in a room overlooking the sea.

Ischia is full of wonders

The dining room staff were exceptional. Breakfast staff terrific as well.

The front desk lady had been exceptionally helpful in the months leading up to the trip. However, upon arrival, she was irritated with me, and that lasted the whole stay. I was bewildered and saddened. Also,we did not get the room we paid for on Booking.com. The room details on my booking were clearly the room above the common patio area that had the terrace that ran the length of the suite. We did not receive that suite, but after a long day of driving from Sorano, and managing the Naples ferry port, and arriving in the early evening, I was in no mood to argue about our room. Her irritation would have made a discussion pointless.

Awful, stayed 1 night and lost nearly a 1000, disgusting

Nothing, staff were rude they didnt speak English apart from the reception lady who was quite rude, Would not recommend, they kept my partners passport as hostage as she had a 30 bar tab, we left after 1 night and they kept the 1000 for the hotel, your stuck at hotel as you need a taxi boat to leave the hotel, very poor

The most idyllic, scenic, peaceful, friendly, charming & relaxing place you could possibly wish for

Everything was perfect, the staff, the views, the transport to and from the hotel. A truly unique experience that blew us away. We will be back for sure!

only slight improvement to make it a 10/10 would be a genuine double bed instead of two singles together.

An exceptional corner of paradise.

The view is exceptional. The beach is easily located under the hotel. Great staff interaction. My room had recently been renovated in July 2023 and was very comfortable.

Nothing. There are many steps so good grip shoes are required.
