Very good, great location and lovely staff!

Very good location, nice and central in the old town, really easy to find other places too. Staff were lovely and helpful and able to provide directions and or things to do, the food as well was also a surprise as in my own experience in house hotel food can be hit or miss but I really enjoyed the food I had here.

Very minor but the bed was hard and it wasn't a true double bed just to singles pushed together, however it is very minor and didn't impact my stay

Wonderful and would definitely stay here again.

location was perfect, in the heart of old town, close to everything. Nice restaurant and bar. Hotel history was amazing and dates way back. Hotel arranged car service to the train station and/or airport if needed. Staff were so nice and knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations on sites not to miss, how to catch and use the bus service.

Great location steps from the main square

Only negative is perhaps the lights in the rooms are a bit dim and difficult if you were trying to read something etc, but not a big issue and would definitely stay here again

Third visit - still great!

Third visit and still a great place. The location is perfect, the beds are comfortable and there is a lift to most of the floors. Breakfast is good and the restaurant is a very good option for Czech cuisine.

Rooms that face the path to to Square can get loud as merry-makers pass by

Simply magical, historical and friendly, above our expectations.

Excellent location, especially during the Christmass time, since the hotel lays at the entrance of Staromestske namesti, where Prague's biggest Christmass market is held. The hotel is surrounded with historical and touristic attractions and shops. And the hotel itself is a piece of history, which is also reflected in its architectonic style. The stuff was really nice and helpful, above our expectations. Our triple room was situated in the roof space and it has a magical gothic style ceiling, with 800 years old wood beams. The view and the panorama from the windows just bring you back to the middle age. In the future we will come back, and will ask for the room nr. 16. Thank you for the stay.

Lovely stay in old atmospheric hotel. Great location. Good restaurant.

Very old atmospheric hotel. Great restaurant. Super location just behind the old square.

The light was too dim in the bedroom, could not see to read a book or map. We were not told about the discount to residents eating in the restaurant. We had already eaten and paid twice before we discovered this.
