The staff is amazing, the location is very good if you want to be close to Jemaa la fla, the restaurants and also have good communications. The cleaners did a great job keeping it clean and we recommend to book day trips with the hotel.

If you are staying here when it is not summer, it will be cold. You need to bring warm clothes to sleep in because there is NO heat! Also make sure you book the room with your own toilet and showers, they are way better. It is also very noisy, you hear all the others guests and even sometimes others toilets. There are some rooms that are inside where you here everything going on inside and then you have the rooms where you hear busy street!

Great location and staff. Some grungy aspects.

Great location near the Jemaa el-Fna. Reception staff were helpful showing places to eat and visit.

There was a lot of noise from the street at night. There was a standing puddle of water in the bathroom. The ceiling paint was peeling away. If you are not used to rough accommodations, look elsewhere.

The staff was super helpful, they made our trip in Marrakesh wonderful (finding a great hamam for us, printing docs for us, booking taxis, and getting additional blankets in the middle of the night. They arranged a very wonderful desert trip for us. They accommodated us for an additional night we hadn't book in advance. I love all the shared spaces around the hotel to hang out and having a lovely breakfast on the roof terrace in the morning is priceless! Some info for people visiting morocco: They have wet rooms rather than shower basins, that's normal.

Will never return, customer service is still developing maybe not to the basic standards I would expect in my life ti

The buffet was good and the option of swimming also theyve got a really nice shisha bar at the back of the hotel

Noise - every night loud noise from the bar next door hours into the morning .. light and deep sleepers beware Racism - people of darker skin races are treated differently. They didnt allow me to bill my food to my room like other white guests, until I spoke with the manager. Reception - when I asked for a beach towel, the receptionists mumbled something in Arabic and giggled and later asked me to place a deposit. They didnt do this for other guests.
