Nice design

We were placed for a first night in the Studio room which felt like staying in a bunker. It was cold and super loud, you could not close the windows properly. Did not enjoy it at all

Expensive for basically just somewhere to sleep with no facilities.

Its a beautiful hotel with great location beside the sea.

Staff at check in, very abrupt & rude. Didnt offer any information about the hotel. When we asked about using the facilities we were told they werent available to us, even though our friends also staying there were told different. Very overpriced for what was on offer.

Beautifull view on the ocean, comfortable rooms, Nice spa, parking very close. It s easy to reach the center

The room has a bad smell. The spa cost is not included in the room price. The restaurant is closed during the winter.

From bad to good

The hotel tried very hard to be impressive however the overall atmosphere is cold and the art works are not coordinated well especially some of the paintings are quite disturbing. Do not book the apartment area of the building it is a horror experience the painting facing to you at the end of the aisle gave me nightmares and the smells of that area of the hotel is like sewage. The staff is kind enough to change my rooms so we are overall fine. Thanks for doing that! And please remove that painting!

Superb

Luxurious, spacious and a cool hotel with an amazing location.

Location was incredible, literally yards from the beach. My room (junior suite) was huge and very reasonable for the price, and the sea view was totally worth it. Staff were friendly, hotel was generally in a very good state and decorated nicely. If I come back to Cadiz, I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was slightly disappointing from the POV that I like eggs, bacon, sausages etc. and there wasn't much choice in that regard. If you prefer a more continental style, or like pastries, you'll be fine. But I've definitely had better in other 4* hotels.
