Superb

Super friendly and helpful staff, lovely old building, clean, comfortable, part of the old town, easy to get to from the train station (we walked), decent breakfast, lovely roof terrace. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Weak WiFi in room. Bad smell from the bathroom, but I understand this is an old town issue, we had a similar problem in Seville. It would be good to provide some vegetables / salads with the breakfast.

Exceptional

Lovely hotel in Cadiz

Lovely hotel with historic features and lots of charm. Rooms are quirky. Ours wasn't big but it was perfectly adequate for our needs. Everything was clean and everything worked. Staff were very friendly. If you're driving, park up near the hotel to offload bags, and then the receptionist will direct you to the car park which is about 10 minutes away. Hotel is close to the historic centre of Cadiz, and the waterfront.

There was nothing to dislike.

Exceptional

Truely amazing breakfast. Lots of variety and home cooked quiche and cake. Great location and very helpful staff. Lourdes was extremely helpful and did everything she could to make our stay memorable with great advice on places to eat. Thank you.

Superb

Because of the position of the hotel Cadiz was a wonderful experience.

The wonderful historical rooms; the kind people; the delicious and generous breakfast. We loved the historical building, the entrance with the historical mobiliar and design. The roof-terrace gave a excellent view on Cadiz.

Disappointing

Very disappointing. This hotel should not have four stars.

The location was very good.

The woman at Reception was not friendly. Our room was a big disappointment, with a small window which faced a very close wall, gloomy inadequate lighting and old scratched furniture which needs replacing. There was mildew in the corners of the bath surround.
