If youre looking for hotel with good location either than comfort, this is a good hotel for the price. But dont expect

The location is great.

The bed is very hard. It is already time to invest in new beds. We stayed there for 4 nights and its really killing the mood to wake up with soreness. We understand that everyone can have different experiences with beds because of different weights. But we are couple with 47kg and 77kg. So I seriously think that this is really time to exchange the beds. You really can feel the bed springs. The first day we received a menu at breakfast to order warm breakfast, so we decided to order scrambled eggs and bacon, which is surprisingly came cold. We dont need to pay extra but the fact that it came cold is really unpleasant. Whats the point of ordering if its served cold? The next days the breakfast was good, they have plenty choice of sweets than savory food though. So if you love sweets, youll be happy with the choice.

Excellent location, clean, safe, and very comfortable.

Very nice hotel room in a fantastic location. Centrally located to the river front and historic area. Easy walk from the metro station. All the amenities you would need in a lovely environment.

Some of the lights were unclear how to use or burned out or something. For instance, the light in the shower either didn't have a switch to control it or it was dead and just never turned on. That's really about it. Great place with a nice room.

Good hotel, but there is a room to improve

Amazing location! Friendly staff.

When we entered the room for the first time it was freezing cold inside, about 16-17 degrees. Didn't feel very welcoming. Also we had to pay 1 euro for each bag we wanted to store for a few hours after check out. I think for hotel guests it must be free if charge.

Located near the Duoro river. Great location for the price. Comfortable rooms as well. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Porto. Highly recommended.

Very good

Pleasant.

We had the deluxe suite. The view from balcony is stunning. Location of hotel suited us well. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

We could do with some extra towel rail and robe hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes or bathrobes. There is ample room in the bathroom to accomodate these extra features to make it more convenient for your customers.

Weekend with wife and friends

Location is just amazing! The building has its own charm and the renovation works done, keeping the building's history is just very well done! The decor in all the hotel is just beautiful!

The showers leak water that go out the toilet, there was signs of humidity because of that I the wooden walls on the other side of the shower. While beautiful, the breakfast room is also amazingly dark...courtains are always closed which is bad because at least us, when we wake up, we need to see the street, or the people, or the sun, or rain, whatever! Having all those courtains closed just give you a jet lag sense and depressing feeling. It's a putty because breakfast itself is pretty good!
