Very good

Central, charming, but overdue some renovation.

The location is very central and convenient, public parking is nearby. The room under the eaves has charm. The restaurant is very good and with perfect service.

The bathroom had no heating, and being December it was a bit freezing. The shower was leaking, and on the whole a renovation is needed. The mattress is leaning a bit one way. Due to steep stairs the room is not adapted to heavy luggage or young children.

Good central location

Great central location, no cars are allowed into the walled old town but there is a huge free carpark a few minutes walk away. The room is above a restaurant courtyard which I think adds a nice atmosphere and didn't affect us sleeping. The bed was comfy and we had clean towels each day Nice little terrace to sit out on and people watch those in the restaurant

No hand soap in the bathroom - please can some be provided for hygiene reasons Not that clear where to collect the keys from, note that you are renting a room, not a hotel bedroom, this was fine for us though!

Central

Difficult to access at night. Room was at the top of stairs overlooking a restaurant courtyard. Restaurant was not connected to the hotel and the staff there didnt want to serve drinks. The bathroom smelled of damp and food (as its above the restaurant kitchen). Room wasnt cleaned on the first day.

Pretty hotel, but minimal service provided

Room is lovely and the location could not be better. Roof terrace is brilliant. A/C was great, bed really comfy. Terrace where breakfast served is beautiful.

Little or no service provided. For an expensive hotel, it was poor. Breakfast was a simple buffet with no hot food and unfriendly staff. TV rarely worked, wifi signal too poor to rely on. No cleaning on a Tuesday,, we were only there 3 days so this impacted us. Constant bad smell in the bathroom, we had to keep the door closed throughout our stay.

We only stayed for 1 night prior to our ferry to Menorca. Location was great inside the old city walls of Alcudia. We rented a car and beware google maps has you drive directly to the hotel (it is illegal to drive within the old city walls of Alcudia). I finally backed my way out of the Old City and found a parking lot that was a couple blocks for the hotel.

Above a steakhouse so it's loud during dinner time but very quiet at night. The water in the bathroom shut off completely about an hour after arrival. The reception desk is about a block away so I had to walk out there and let them know (they had already received a call and said they were on it). We went out for a couple hours and came back and it was fixed but unsure how long it took. The bed was comfortable (queen size, not king).

Great location and wonderful room - comfortable bed and lots of space; nice bathroom. Wish it were not so hot as we could have sat in the terrace. And importantly, air conditioning that works well!

nice space and well situated

The air conditioner was not set up to run at this time of the year. Being Canadian it would have been nice to have the room set at a cooler temp, but it was still really nice
