Had a wonderful time, hotel was excellent.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and felt very homey. I especially loved the rooftop patio with all of the plants.

This is the hotel where to stay in Genova

The location is the best you can stay in Genova. The hotel facilities meet all the standards a 3-star hotel should offer. The owners and staff are kind, well-responsive, and helpful, and go above and beyond to accommodate your requests and answer your questions. Very clean hotel. I often visit Genova for work and this is the best place I have stayed so far and will be my first choice in the future.

Location was ok near to the main attractions and train station.

WiFi: not available in the rooms. After strugling with it they problvided a booster. Why they dont place boosters all over to enable access in all areas? Toiletries not provided. Tea Bags/ Coffee sticks in the room too old and not replaced in a while. Light switch device. When u leave the room every light/outlets switch off and we cant leave for example something to charge. Why? Ok if that turn off the air conditioning but lights and outlets?

Hotel Manager was not friendly. He has forgotten, that I have given him the city tax during check in. The breakfast room was verry cold. Sometimes no electrical Energy.
