since its our last second booking on-site, staff was very helpful and friendly. solved a big problem for us. location is close to the train station, although we had big luggage, still no kinda ok to handle the distance.

Nice hotel,clean and friendly staff Only down side was there was a child next room for us was crying until late at night that kept us awake for sometime. But it wasn't the big issue after.

An ideal stay in modern surroundings and relaxing attitude

From the first impression to the last this hotel stands out from my numerous voyage experiences for leisure or work. The reception is very polite and helpful, like all the staff, including the service at breakfast. I would not skip it, it has a healthy variety in a relaxed atmosphere. My room was very pleasant and quiet. All looks new, from the linen & the mattress to the towels. The aesthetics of the interiors is up to my taste, fresh, modern, minimal, and very practical. Everything functioned perfectly in my room, which was clean and well-serviced throughout the duration of my stay. The location is privileged, in the quiet, mostly residential area of Santa Croce, with excellent local restaurants & coffee shops, and nearby Campi - squares with shops. Easy transportation nearby - vaporetto. I can not praise it enough! Hope to return in the near future.
