Cosy stay in a convenient location

The perfect hotel for our visit to Bruges. A comfortable bed, cosy room and friendly, welcoming staff. The hotel is within walking distance of all the main attractions in the historic centre.

Very beautiful and cozy rooms... LOVE the soft lighting! The bed was comfortable and the shower (in the upgraded room) was really nice! And the location was wonderful... right in the heart of the old town!

The only thing I would point out is that in the Google description, plus some of the Google reviews, it mentions a complimentary breakfast and it is NOT free... it is 20 euros per person. Also, and this didn't matter to us for this stay but if it's important to you, you cannot connect to your own Netflix, Amazon, etc. The ports are all covered.

Exceptional

A visit to Bruges is a must with its history and buildings. Chocolates and beers to die for.

The staff were very attentive and very welcoming. The hotel is in a superb location so close to all the historic places and buildings. A tad expensive in the restaurants but it was expected.

The only thing we were disappointed with was not Bruges itself but the inadequate facilities at Eurostar Brussels.

Good hotel but attention to detail is required

Location was great. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy with good facilities. The internet connection was fast and reliable. Good area for nearby parking facilities.

We were in room 1 and the shower kept flooding each time we used it. The light chandelier was loose off the ceiling with wires showing and cobwebs around it. Toilet light kept going out when in the toilet which was annoying. There was a door which kept being used by the staff to exit the hotel which when closed made a big bang. This was frequently used and became frustrating in the early mornings. When you are charging 324.96 for 2 nights without breakfast, attention to detail is a must.
