Exceptional

Hospitality and perfet location.

All landmarks are nearby. The most polite and helpful staff Ive ever met. The stairs are doable for people with normal mobility and the staff is always helping with the luggage. Even the heavy ones. Thank you for being so friendly and helpful.

Superb

The hotel is located at a very central spot. The stop of AliBus that takes you to the airport is just outside the hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast on the terrace is abundant and tasty. Our room was very big and with a high ceiling, which made it hard for us to warm the space up. A negative side of the experience for us was the requirement of the staff to drop the key at the reception every time you leave the hotel.

Certainly not disability friendly, however, one has to consider that the hotel is in 17th century building and so some alterations could prove difficult to do.

Perfectly placed for an overnight stay in Catania

Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. There was just the two of us but the room would have been great for a family. Able to get bus to the airport opposite hotel.

Wouldn't be good for anyone with a mobility disability. Lots of stairs to property. Shower floor extremely slippery when wet.
