Lovely hotel and very friendly and helpful staff.Good that we were able to check in early.Nice buffet breakfast and the Guggenheim and the Airport bus stop within walking distance.Excellent bars and restaurants close by.

Wonderful hotel, great location!

The location is excellent, on the riverside right by the city hall and easy walking distance to everything. The room is large, sparkling clean and everything was in working order. Wifi is reliable. Everyone working at the hotel is polite and makes you feel welcome. The breakfast is very decent, with reasonable variety and included in the room rate. I would definitely stay there again.

There are a couple of minor things which could be added, however none of these would keep me from giving an excellent rating. I missed a shower cap in the bathroom and a pair of those disposable hotel slippers in the room (I usually bring mine, but this time I had forgotten). Also, granola would be a nice addition in the breakfast.

Hotel worth a stay

On the bank of the river and within a walking distance to all major attractions in town. Small but very cosy hotel. Some rooms has a very nice view to the river and Guggenheim museum. A lot of restaurantes in just a few minutes on foot
