Helpful Staff, clean rooms, good location.

Rooms are new and very tidy. Well located, near a Metro station from where you can get to downtown in a few minutes. Staff is really helpful and friendly. I had some personal issues and had to cancel one of the rooms I had booked, but staff quickly helped me to fix things up without hesitation.

I have no complaints at all.

Best Price Alcal is an outstanding place in the heart of Madrid.

This hotel is located very close by metro to the main attractions. Besides that, all the receptionists are always willing to help with a big smile in their faces. I really had a great time there. I will stay there again after my upcoming trips.

Amazing stay, overall, thanks to the kindness and professionalism provided by Cristina and Christian

I came to this particular hotel, as I was attending a week of Rotary Wings event for the whole week, at the nearby IFEMA. So to me, the location and bus transit were best from the neighborhood. The exceptional warm welcome, on my arrival, from the Receptionist, Cristin, gave me on that afternoon of Saturday, November 25th was a very good first impression of the place. Then, the friendly, smiley, kind, and very human approach that I experienced every evening, from the late-shift Receptionist, Christian, was also irreplaceable! Christian lifted my spirits all the time out there, after my long days of workshops at the event. He is such a nice person!.. I would like Them two to know that They were extraordinary and made my stay even better, in Madrid. So, I hope that they can reach this report in some way, or at least, that they are told about my positive experience with Them both. **..Would their management consider an Award to Them or a PAY RISE, as a kind gesture in return?? That would be wonderful!!.. They were exceptionally standing out from the other Receptionists by providing me with their great job. Thank you so much again, Cristina and Christian.

Passing b during a business trip.

I liked the quiteness of the area, it was away from the busy city center, yet it was easy to get to the city center via metro line. Beds were perfect. People were very helpful. It was great for the weekend.

It was a bit cold and the heating did not seem to work properly. I did not mind it so much since we were not so much in the hotel except for sleeping and the room space is a bit small but it was functional. Also the parking was extra 10 Euros a day.

Very good comfort and basic services with no frills. Good Value for Money

The room was very comfortable and with good lighting system, and also the electric socketsd were easily available, which is not always common. The price was lower compared to other structures nearby, and we slept very well with no hassle. The Hotel does not offer many frills but the basics are very good

Breakfast was not included and the options are not exciting, but the basic services were good and at fair price vs. other hotels in the vicinities. The position is not the best but very close to the Metro station of Suanzes.
