The food was good, great selection - simmilar, but every day something new. Great pool for the kids, good bar selection.

If you would look really close, you would sometimes find trash - but I blame the hotel guests, that were lazy to pick up their trash.

Not a 4 star hotel.

View from 3rd floor to pool and town. Some of the staff was okay.

Not great choice of food, could be more and better. The room was not cleaned properly, dusty floor, dirty mirrors, one day they havent left a set of fresh towels. There was a lump of hair on the wall in the shower when we just got our room it was disgusting. One day I asked for a new tooth brush and the cleaner said they are finished, even tho when we just got the room there was only one set of tooth brush, and we need at least 2 and one for child. At the swimming pool taken seats with towels and no one on them, and they would only use them after lunch time and so on. The remote control in the room was broken in half and sealed with sellotape. Animation for kids could be more fun and not few hours a day.

Had a great break ..food was good maybe could be a bit hotter but ther was a microwave ..stir fry was very good ..

Its not what i dodn.t like just would prefer if pool was more secure at night time ..eg a barrier put around it beside the entertainment area

We found everything great in the hotel ..the towel hire is great all hotels should offer this .cleaners in every day ..food was good .stir fry really good .

I would love the pool to hav something around it at night for safety reasons for kids ..we watched from balcony a tiny tot wandering close to the pool while parents were to busy drinking .our shouts alerted them ..

The bedroom in pretty and beds are big and comfortables, cleaners were amazing, enjoyed the pool a lot

The staff were not really friendly principally the outside snacks bar staff they were grumpy and rude, food wasnt great, entertainment was basic

Didn't like hoe they poorly cleaned the rooms Didn't like how they alowed the Spanish to skip ques and served them ahead of other nationalities. During hotel events they included Spanish kids and excluded other nationalities

Despite with everything that happened regarding room situation the stay was pleasant myself and my family had a good sta

Very good desk, bar , entertainment , life guard staff, very good facilities big comfortable room, amazing pool and slides , restaurant really good .

I paid for pool view and got a room with back street view,it was a big room but it didnt have the pool view Ive paid for! I made a request for the room I took last year (room120) had a mistake error (room105) and received a back street view (room104 in which I had to get maintenance in for having both broken patio doors locks) didnt get money back or neither wrist band to compensate my loss so big upset about that :( , smoking signs everywhere thats not allowed and still people smoked everywhere as they pleased no one to control or tell people to dont smoke and in between the kids entertainment shows it was very unpleasant, house keeping didnt pay much attention to details towels,loo rolls, soap shortages.
