Nothing.

The advert said parking was available but when we got there, no parking was available. It cost us a further 70 euros to park for just two days. Will to be using your service again due to too many inaccuracies.

The location is really good. Receptionists were helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable

I had the room for 1 person and the bed was located near the window and cold was coming thru the windows, might be good to place the table near the window instead of the bed.

extremely friendly staff, both front desk and the breakfast lady And the cleanliness of the public areas and the room where I stayed

the only thing I missed was scrambled eggs for breakfast, but that's a personal preference

The location is the only reason to stay here.

Location is excellent. Complimentary wine and beer in the evening.

The comfy double is not suitable for 2 persons. There was a draft from the balcony door. Badly designed, toilet next to the bed. We didnt enjoy the room. The staff are unhelpful.

Brilliant

Lovely cosy hotel, great location, 1 minute to metro. Easy to go for a day trip, we went Ghent, as central station close on metro. Lovely receptionist, dark haired lady. All sites walking distance. Little balcony you can step out on and watch world below. Comfortable bed, nice and warm and clean. Evening drinks a good idea!

We definitely enjoyed the hotel, its modern facilities, convenience and friendly staff.

Location was very central. Very close to two paid parking lots which was convenient. The evening happy hour was delightful and buzzing with guests enjoying the complimentary beer, wine and nibbles.

We would have loved an all day caf with light food menu or barista coffee service. Some hotels offer this service to increase their business even offering it to the public (non-guests) as well.

Small rooms, very basic.

I had booking confirmation, but our 4 rooms were not in the system. It took ages to be checked in. We asked single beds, 3 from 4 rooms had no single beds. 1,60m was too narrow. Bathroom only had glass wall, no privacy at all. Apro for free was a plus.
