Lovely hotel, beautifully clean and wonderful staff!

For the price, I cannot sing this hotels praises enough! Spotlessly clean - both the rooms and communal areas are kept very clean, the pool area is immaculate. Lovely staff - the staff are all very friendly, polite and attentive, they really run the place well. Breakfast - we loved the breakfast! Simple but effective, got coffees and ham and cheese omelettes made fresh for us each morning, then had access to the pastries/ fruit etc buffet. Area - wonderful sea view (we were blessed with a sea view room). About a 5 min bus from the port where theres beaches and restaurants and the bus stop is outside the hotel. (Slight warning - the bus timetable doesnt seem to mean much haha, might end up waiting abit longer that planned but they do eventually come, promise!) Extra note. - we wouldnt necessarily recommend the beach/spa below the hotel, although the access to the sea there is absolutely fantastic its a really lovely calm bay to swim in, the resort itself is very dirty and definitely not worth 20 each. A definite sudden change in cleanliness from the super clean hotel pool.

It being an older building means the walls are quite thin. Unfortunately meant we heard the noisy room next door on the final evening - not particularly the hotels fault and Im sure if wed spoken to the staff theyd have spoken to them, but didnt bother as was last night of the holiday. Just something to be aware of.

Friendly and helpful staff, great sea views, very clean and good value for money.

Very clean bedroom, which was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Stunning sea views of Bay of Naples from the bedroom balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental with cooked option as well. I particularly like scrambled eggs on toast.

It was only 1 star hotel with the view from the front looking grim, but was very clean and good value for money. The location between Ischia Port and Cassamicciola, meant you could not walk to either place and were reliant on buses.

the view .....incredible! and the breakfast was always something to look forward to and all the staff very, very friendly.

a small fridge would be a lovely addition to the room.

A bit outdated hotel with nice views and great staff

Very nicely located near the port but not too close . Great breakfast . Staff super nice and helpful.

Our bathroom door frame fell in the middle of the night . Quite scary. Needs some renovation Theres no way to go to the beach without paying. But thats not the propertys fault .

You can reach to the sea with stairs down easily although you need to pay 20 eur to access to the sea + termal park. (It does worth to pay though) Also can go to free beaches around takes 5 minutes walk. Also bus station right front of the hotel. The hotel view is amazing and visible from almost every room/balcony. Location is great, easily can walk to Ischia Port (around in 25 min). Staff at the front desk were helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Possible to hear the voices from other rooms. The breakfast was very disappointing as food and the atmosphere. It's not an open space but it has a huge beautiful panoramic view (if they open the dark green curtains). I was actually shocked when I entered the space and no one cared how dark there was. I kindly asked them to open the curtians and they did (but only some parts) Strange.. If I had that view in my hotel, I would definitely use it %100 :) As food: there are very poor options on the buffet, some staff were asking other options to some guests some were not. I felt like they don't want to make effort to talk and explain in english. But i tried to get a 'panini' (in the photos) Well, i suggest you to grab breakfast from outside.

Our stay was perfect, the hotel exceeded our expectations, with sea views and excellent service.

Breakfast was quite good, we especially enjoyed being able to order omelets! The wait staff was exceptional, friendly and courteous and always provided what we asked for.

The hotel has such lovely views, a terrace for eating breakfast outside would be fantastic!

We had an amazing time and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful views from our room. The Poole was lovely and the staff were very helpful nothing was to much trouble. Bus stops were outside the property and was very easy to get round the Island.

Would have liked to have tea and coffee fertilitys in room.
